Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the kafe360.com website and the Kafe360 software service. By registering for the service or using it, you accept them.

1. Who you are dealing with

• Provider: Deniz Işık, a sole proprietorship registered in Ankara, Türkiye, trading as Kafe360.
• Service: Kafe360, a cloud point-of-sale and venue management system delivered as software as a service.
• Customer: the person or company that registers for or uses the service.
• Platform: the kafe360.com website and all of its subdomains.

2. What the service covers

Kafe360 provides cafés and restaurants with

• order and bill management
• table and staff tracking
• QR menu and guest requests
• kitchen display and receipt printing
• reporting and analysis
• payment recording

What is included can differ by plan. What is in yours is what we agree with you in writing before you pay; see pricing.

3. Your account

• You need a valid email address to register.
• Keeping your account details confidential and secure is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by your own staff.
• If you believe your account has been used without your permission, tell us at [email protected] immediately.
• You may only open an account for a venue you actually operate.

4. What you agree to

• Use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your account secure — a strong password, and no password sharing.
• Do nothing that damages or degrades the technical infrastructure.
• Do not infringe anyone else's rights.
• Do not transfer, resell or sub-license your access.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the software.

5. What we agree to

• Take reasonable care to keep the service running and available.
• Announce planned maintenance in advance.
• Protect your data as described in our privacy policy and in line with applicable data protection law.
• Provide technical support.

6. Trial, billing and cancellation

• The trial runs for 30 days, includes every feature and needs no card. Nothing can be charged during it, because no card is stored.
• Subscriptions are annual and paid in advance. You pay only if you decide to continue once the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are covered separately on our refunds and cancellation page.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the service — software, design, brand, logo and content — belongs to the provider. You receive a limited right to use it for the duration of your subscription, and nothing more.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the service.

The data you enter — your menu, your orders, your customers, your reports — stays yours. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build a product for someone else.

8. Changes to the service

We may change what the service does, how it works and what it costs. Significant changes are emailed to registered users before they take effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal.

9. Limits on our liability

• The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by your internet connection, third party services, or events outside our control.
• We are not liable for loss caused by using the service incorrectly or for a purpose it was not built for.
• In every case our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if

• these terms are breached
• payment obligations are not met
• the service is misused or used to harm others
• legal requirements are not met

11. Governing law and where disputes are heard

Kafe360 is operated from Türkiye. There is no UAE entity behind it. The provider is a sole proprietorship registered in Ankara, Türkiye, and serves venues in the UAE remotely.

These terms are therefore governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

We say this plainly rather than naming a local court we have no presence in. Where the law of your own country gives you rights that cannot be signed away, this clause does not take them away. If your company needs a different arrangement before it can sign, get in touch and we will discuss it before you commit to anything.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An update takes effect when it is published on this page, and the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
