Quantities, not guesswork

Your milk comes off the shelf when the latte is ordered

Write the recipe once. From then on every order deducts the real litres and kilograms by itself, and the only things you type are deliveries, waste and the odd correction after a stocktake.

Included in the annual plan. Not part of the free QR menu.

Recipe

Latte

  • Milk0.2 lt
  • Coffee beans0.02 kg

A waiter sends 3 lattes to the kitchen.

Deducted automatically

Milk0.6 lt
Coffee beans0.06 kg

Two rows appear in the movements log, marked Order and written by the system. Nobody typed anything.

What is in it

Ingredients, recipes, movements. Three tabs, nothing else.

Eight units, including the awkward ones

Kilogram, gram, litre, millilitre, piece, pack, box and portion. Milk in litres, coffee in kilograms, cups in pieces — each ingredient keeps its own unit everywhere it appears.

A minimum level per ingredient

Set the level you never want to drop below. When an ingredient reaches it the panel marks it Low and the stock page counts how many items are running low.

Who did it, and when

Every movement carries the name of the person who entered it, the time, the quantity and an optional note. Rows written by the system are marked System.

A recipe per product

Pick the ingredients a product uses and how much of each. Edit it whenever the recipe changes — nothing is retyped elsewhere.

Managers only

Waiters never see stock. They take orders; the deduction happens behind them without a screen to get wrong.

Off if you do not want it

Stock is a switch in settings. New UAE accounts start with it on; turn it off and the whole section leaves the panel.

Five ways a number can change

Four of them you enter. The fifth writes itself. Each one keeps its own row in the log, so at the end of a month you can tell a delivery from a spill from a sale.

  • Stock In

A delivery arrives. Type the quantity and it is added on top of what you already had.

  • Stock Out

Something left the store without being sold — moved to another branch, taken for staff food.

  • Waste

Spilled, burnt, dropped, past its date. Logged separately so waste never hides inside sales.

  • Stock Adjustment

After a stocktake. You type the number you actually counted and that becomes the level — no arithmetic.

  • Order

Written by the system, not by a person. Every order with a recipe behind it lands here automatically.

Where it stops

It counts quantities. It does not count money.

Some of the things a full inventory suite does are simply not here, and you should know which before you spend an evening typing your store room into a panel.

Ask us about something specific
  • No cost per ingredient, so no cost per cup and no margin report
  • No suppliers and no purchase orders
  • No email, SMS or push alert when something runs low — the panel shows it, nothing is sent
  • A sale is never blocked, even at zero stock
  • No barcode scanning and no stocktake sheet to print

Questions people actually ask

When exactly is stock deducted?
The moment the order is placed — not when it is served and not when the bill is paid. A latte sent to the kitchen at 10.02 has already come off the milk and the coffee at 10.02.
What happens to a product with no recipe?
Nothing at all. Products without a recipe never touch stock. That is deliberate: you can put recipes on the ten things that actually matter — milk, beans, syrups — and ignore the rest of the menu.
Does it stop me selling when an ingredient hits zero?
No. Stock levels never go below zero, but a sale is never blocked. A POS that refuses to take an order because a number in a database is wrong is worse than the wrong number.
Can I see what an ingredient cost me?
No. Stock control here tracks quantities, not money — there is no cost field on an ingredient and no per-cup cost calculation. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out after you have typed in a hundred ingredients.
Will it email or message me when something runs low?
No. Running low shows in the panel — a Low badge on the ingredient and a count at the top of the stock page. There is no email, SMS or push alert for it today.
How do I correct the numbers after a stocktake?
Use Stock Adjustment. You type what you counted and that becomes the new level, so you never have to work out the difference yourself. The correction is logged like any other movement, with your name on it.

Start with the ten ingredients that actually disappear

Milk, beans, syrups, the cups. Put recipes on those, leave the rest of the menu alone, and you will know by Friday where the month went.
