A small team, one product, 100+ venues.
Kafe360 started because cafés were being sold cash registers when what they needed was a way for a waiter to take an order at the table. We built one thing and we have kept building the same thing since.
What we do
One cloud POS for cafés and restaurants: waiter ordering on phones, a kitchen screen on any tablet, a QR menu on the table, and a view of what sold for the owner. That is the whole product.
Where we come from
More than 100 businesses in Türkiye use Kafe360 during service every day. Everything on this site has been running in real venues for years, through busy Friday nights and the usual disasters.
Why the UAE
Independent cafés in Dubai and Abu Dhabi run the same service with the same problems. We are new here, we have no local office, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — which is why the trial is 30 days and why we publish what the product does not do.
How we work
Small team, no sales floor. When you write, someone who works on the product reads it. When you ask for something we do not have, you get a straight answer instead of a roadmap promise.
Who you would be buying from.
You are considering a year of software from a company you have not heard of, in a country you are not in. That is a fair thing to be careful about, so here is the plain version.
Where the company is
Ankara, Türkiye — Kavaklıdere Mah. Esat Cad. 12/1, Çankaya. There is no UAE entity behind Kafe360, and the terms page says so plainly rather than leaving you to find out.
Where your data is
Germany, in an EU data centre. Backups are held off-site with a separate provider. The privacy page has the detail.
Who is behind it
Deniz Işık, whose sole proprietorship in Ankara is the company you would be buying from — the same name that is on the terms page and on the invoice. Small, and independent: nobody owns us and nobody is waiting on a growth chart, which is why the roadmap is decided by what venues actually ask for.
How we support you
In English, over WhatsApp, because that is how business gets done in the UAE. Not a ticket queue — the person answering knows the product.
